All our specialists have an adequate marine education and a multy-year experience of service on the ships with international crews in their disposal – our Officers and Ratings have all necessary certificates and documents in compliance with International Conventions (International License, STCW Certificates, G.M.D.S.S. Certificates).
Special emphasis is laid upon our seamen possessing several qualifications and ability to perform several types of work – for example, our Welders can act as Fitters/Oilers depending upon your requirements and contract conditions.
All our seamen are bilingual and their knowledge of English language will meet the demand of cooperation and command on board international vessels, the demand of operation and every-day communication levels, also all our seamen have the positive references from previous work.
Our seamen have valid certificates of completion National or foreign License, GMDSS, ARPA, ROaP RS, Hazardous cargo, Ship Security Officer, Ship Handling Arrangements, Personal Survival at sea, Medical First Aid and Medical Care, Advanced Fire Fighting, Tankers Safety Course, Chemical Endorsement, etc. training courses and all the documents (civil and traveller's passports, seaman's book, seafarer's licenses, valid medical certificates, etc.) that are required by international regulations and rules.
The selection of candidates for our data base is operated through systemic assessment of the seamen's specific and foreign language skills on the basis of interviews and tests which are held in order to qualify and estimate their crafts and to ensure communication on board international ships.
