On the 09th December, 2004 Atlanta Ltd. Maritime Agency signed his first agreement with Aberdeen Skills and Enterprise Training Limited in the regards of supplying ASET with delegates from Ukraine, for getting knowledge as DPO (Dynamic Positioning officer/operator) and 30 professions also.
